Rians

Ideally located between the parks of Luberon, Verdon and Aix-en-Provence, Rians has preserved many vestiges of its medieval past: ramparts, castle keep, gate, square tower ... Its flowery streets, fountains and beautiful old houses will punctuate your walks in this village with a rich architectural and cultural heritage.

To see, to visit: remains of oppidums, Roman villa (excavations in progress), 12th century clock tower, Saint Jean gate, old ramparts, 15th century public attic, Notre Dame de Nazareth church, Saint Jacques hospice (former pilgrims' relay Compostela), chapel Saint Estève 12th century, Saint Pierre chapel (Templars).
