An ancient fortified village built atop a small hill, looking out over vast expanses of lavender fields, it is one of the major stages on the Route de la Lavande (the lavender trail). The lavender flower, one of the most potent symbols of Provence, has a feast celebrating it held here on the 14th and 15th of August

Notre-Dame de la Tour; the Sault museum (which houses items, artefacts and tools from prehistory, the
Gallo-Roman era and the Middle Ages).
Recommended activities: walks, horse riding and mountain biking, speleology,
paragliding.
